Return Policy. We are committed to offering you complete satisfaction with every purchase made through The Cozy Hearth & Home Collection. Assistance is available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00 to Noon Pacific Standard Time.

No returns after 15 days. If you are dissatisfied with any item within the first 15 days after delivery date, you may return it for the full purchase price minus a 30% restocking fee except for "Special Orders" for which there is no refund or returns. Upon receipt of a return we will examine each item and you will be refunded for each item that can be resold. If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it or give you a full refund.  Although we make sure that every item is packed securely to reach you in excellent condition, circumstances beyond our control during shipping, could cause an item to become damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone within 3 days of delivery date. We will then make arrangements for replacement of the damaged item or refund its purchase price. All damaged items and returns must be shipped to us in the same shipping box and with the original packaging material. If you request a refund you must provide the original purchasers name, the order date and the transaction order identification number. The original purchasers credit card account will be credited when all items have been returned according to our return policy. If your purchase was paid for by check we will issue a check for the appropriate amount. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Special Orders. Special orders are typically larger or custom orders for which there is no refund or returns. Special orders are paid in full at time of placing order. 

Shipping Policy.  All orders are shipped U.P.S. Ground unless otherwise requested. Over night, two and three day delivery is available upon request. We ship to the lower 48 US states, Alaska, Canada, U.S. territories and other countries upon approval. Please call for all orders shipped to other than USA and Canada. Shipping charges will vary according to item size, weight and delivery destination.  It is the sole responsibility of the Canadian recipient or any country as it applies to pay any duty or taxes requested by customs for their order. We charge exact shipping on all orders which can save you money when you order more than one item.  We try to package multiple items into one shipping box whenever possible.

Payment Policy. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, , checks, money orders or cashiers check. Orders paid for by check, money order or cashiers check will be shipped after it clears the bank, which can be up to 10 days.

Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting our customers privacy. All transactions are performed through a secured internet area to maximize private information. We will not sell, lease or exchange to any business, organization or persons, information that you have provided to us through our web site, e-mail, telephone conversation or any other means of communication unless you authorize us to do so. Only information specifically regarding the financial transaction between The Cozy Hearth & Home Collection and our customers, will be released to our individual financial institutions in order to complete our business/customer financial transaction.

Sales Tax. Sales tax of 8.0% will be applied to orders shipped to Washington State.

Pricing Policy. Prices listed may change without notice. Prices are charged according to date of
order. Sale prices are honored during dates posted only. Prices do not include shipping charges,
which are added separately according to item and delivery destination. Please see shipping policy for these charges.

All of these items are protected by U.S. and International laws and apply to all marketing and informational brochures, catalogs, CD's, web sites and any other printed or digital media that is created by The Cozy Hearth & Home Collection.
